My first restaurant business started in November

2019 right before the Covid 19 pandemic at Ohana Hale Marketplace.  I have been a sushi chef since 2005.  I have gained various experiences, skills and knowledge while working at Michelin Star restaurant at Wako in San Francisco and Maru sushi in Honolulu.  



My business concept is a sit-down sushi bar for customers to enjoy seasonal fish flown from Japan and local grown ingredients by serving OMAKASE which means “leave it up to the chef”.

We were featured in local media such as Floric, Hawaii News Now, Honolulu Star Advertiser and Honolulu magazine.
